Where do we start…. Firstly, everyone that we dealt with at this company was incredibly friendly and, as such, provided a very refreshing and welcome approach to customer service. A perfect blend of professionalism whist remaining relaxed put us at ease immediately and left us feeling like we were their best customer despite the fact we’d only just met them.
The motorhome itself was pristine and very well equipped, the informational videos (which we initially thought were ridiculously long) were actually really, really helpful post-departure and you get a sense that they have real pride in their fleet. Any / all questions we asked pre-departure were responded to without making us feel like they were stupid questions which just made the entire process easy and stress-free.
It really feels like the main goal of this company is ensuring that you have the best time possible whilst away in one of their vehicles and they go above and beyond to make this happen.
We’ll definitely be using them again and, being brutally honest, I think we’d struggle to find another company that would even come close to this lot.
